Our Approach To

Kitchen, Bath, Additions, & Longevity

Our Remodeling Process

When it comes to kitchen and bath remodeling we like to take the approach of detail. When we begin a remodel we will break down every part of the remodel into sections such as framing, plumbing, electrical, flooring and so on. This way we can get you as close to the price your remodel will actually cost. We work with some of the best licensed and insured contractors in the business for things such as electrical and plumbing. Why do we do that? The biggest reason is we want your home remodel done right and by the book. We will have home inspectors come through each of our home remodels we do and inspect our work, because skipping on little things is not an option at Carlson Projects.

We have a personal shopper that takes you to each of our vendors and works with you in picking out colors, materials, sinks, and flooring. You name it, we will help you through it. This gives you the unique ability to have the kitchen of your dreams while remaining functional and price effective.

The kitchen has become a place not only where food is prepared but also a place for family to gather. The family is the core of who we are and this shows in every kitchen remodel and how we design.

If you’re looking for a home addition we have trained and experienced contractors that can help determine the best place to start your next project that will add value, functionality, and beauty to your home.

Bathrooms are a space that can easily be overlooked for functionality and beauty. Crazy enough you will spend roughly 19,000 hours in your lifetime so why not make it beautiful and functional. All bathrooms we remodel strive to express those two words “function and beauty”.

Longevity Remodeling

Houses in general are not built to be aging in place or handicap friendly but we try to challenge that stereotype by remodeling homes with care, craftsmanship, and attention to how each owner will use the space today and 30 years from now.
