Duties:

  • Maintains office by purchasing supplies, organizing, and cleaning.
  • Plan in house of off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, or conferences.
  • Achieves financial objectives by operating accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends.

Experience:

  •  1 year of office environment work
  • At least 1 year of QuickBooks Experience
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
