Let’s add onto your dream home

Additions Remodeling

The first place we start with a home addition is with trained and experienced contractors to help determine the best way to add value, functionality, and style to your home. Though sometimes daunting, home additions are widely popular because they provide a new space in your existing home without moving, by giving you a completely new space that you’ll love.

From framing and windows to siding and interior finish, we work alongside certified electricians and plumbers to ensure quality to your home addition.

Home additions are one of our favorite projects to perform on a home. There are very few home projects that change a space so drastically for the better if done properly.

Our primary goal is to create a space you’ll love that fits in with the original architecture of the home. The finished product will look as if it had been built with that home since day one.

We have experience with simple additions like sunrooms, all the way to 2,200 square foot kitchen, bath and master suite additions. We’ll draft a full 3D mockup of your addition so you can get a feel before we even break ground.

After the design process, we take the drawings to structural engineers to inspect the plan, ensuring your project will stand the test of time and not compromise the rest of the main house.

Estimating Process

Since each addition is unique, each bid is a little different. Expenses will differ as much as taste in style from project to project, so we pride ourselves on transparency throughout the process – especially when it comes to the projected cost. We’ll break the estimate down by the cost of all the materials, from tile and countertops to flooring, plumbing and fixtures. This helps to give you a high-level view of the project and helps you decide if you want to splurge on the countertops you’ve always wanted or the extra lighting.

  • Step two:
  • Step three:

The main goal for doing the bidding process the way we do is so we can get as close to the actual cost by the end of the job so we’re not changing orders here and there, or adding extra costs, nickel and diming you.

Once a price is agreed upon, we’ll ask for a deposit, then get going on the remodel.

The best part? You’re allowed to change your mind as the job progresses. There’s nothing worse than the anxiety of buyers remorse, or feeling like you might have made the wrong decision. We want you to be completely in love with your kitchen and will do our best to work with you on the fly while being transparent about how it might affect the initial projected timeline or budget.
