Description of Work

“They tore off the old roof and installed ice and water barrier in valleys, along eaves and around the chimney; installed new valley, gutter apron and rake edge metal as well as new roof vents and added vent for bathroom exhaust fans. Finishing with the installation of lifetime GAF Timberline shingles. My roof looks awesome and I have had a couple of my neighbors ask if I was satisfied and would recommend them.”

“They did my roof and gutters. They tore off my old roof, hauled it away, re-shingled it, and put some new metal and edging on it. He had another company put the gutters out that was subcontracted.”

Customer Comments:

“Their crew arrived at 7:00 AM and only stopped long enough to sit on the ground under a tree to grab a quick sandwich and were back at work. They continued to work unjtil 9:00 that evening and completed the job in one day The workers were very polite and willing to please. When they finished the job they went all around the house cleaning up any fallen debris that was lying in the grass.”

“Greg is a nice guy and does good work. The one thing that he said that made me want to go with him was, “you can train an individual to do the job, but you can’t teach pride in workmanship”

“The job went pretty well. We’ve had some pretty heavy rain and we haven’t had any leaks. Overall, I’m happy with what was done. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves.”

“I called Carlson Projects on a Sunday evening after 80mph wind damage, and they came out immediately and put up temporary protection, then did permanent repairs two days later. Excellent service!!!”

“Greg Carlson with Carlson projects performed an asphalt shingle replacement project for our church during the spring of 2009. I had received five previous bids on this 475 square project but didn’t feel comfortable accepting any of them. Greg’s name was referred to me and our first meeting helped me to realize that Greg would be our contractor. His honest approach and his willingness to take the time to thoroughly explain the project gave me a comfort that I was looking for. His estimate was reasonable enough for a 30 year shingle that an upgrade to a 50 year shingle was installed with the insurance money that was received. With only a couple minor delays and our own programming delays, Greg was able to complete the project in an acceptable time.”
